- This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at Noah's Ark in Mysore.
- The Architect will be responsible for architectural design, Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the team to create innovative design solutions, managing project timelines, and ensuring design integrity.
- Innovative Solutions: Develop creative solutions to design challenges and constraints.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring all aspects of a design are accurate and functional.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in architectural software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/ Enscape, Photoshop.
- Time Management: Skill in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changes and new technologies in the field.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Relevant work experience, often ranging from 2 years(for junior positions) to 5 years (for senior positions).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of architectural projects and design capabilities.Architecture and Architectural Design skills
- Software Proficiency: Knowledge and proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Building Codes: Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in working on diverse architectural projects
