Assistant Cost Manager Responsibilities:
- Prepare and evaluate estimates and cost plans
- Prepare standard documentation - reports, valuations, letters, financial reports
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents as required
- Analyze tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement
- Prepare valuations and cost reports; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations
- Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims
- Prepare and agree final accounts
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent, better with recognised Degree(s) by the Singapore Building and Construction Authority.
- 1-3 years' experience in cost management as consultant or client representative
- Have experience working in hospitality or office fit-out projects
- Experience in quantity surveying & cost management services for both pre-contract and post contract stages
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to the fast track project.
