Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Supervisor at Born Clothing in Limerick. The Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing store operations, leading and supporting a team of retail staff, ensuring excellent customer service, implementing merchandising strategies, and driving sales goals. Qualifications
- Retail supervision, leadership, and team supervision skills
- Experience in implementing merchandising strategies and driving sales
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of fashion trends and product assortment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Previous experience in the retail industry
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
