Job Title: Business Performance Sr. Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and agile Business Performance Sr. Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data, uncovering strategic insights, devising relevant processes and solutions, and developing world-class presentations for peers as well as senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to business performance.
2. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop recommendations to improve business performance.
3. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to achieve business goals.
4. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to identify opportunities and develop tactics to optimize product offerings.
5. Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions and provide analytical support for special projects as required.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business or Engineering (MBA is a plus).
2. 5+ years of professional experience within the food delivery, e-commerce or management consulting industries (Past experience in subscription-focused business is a plus).
3. Expertise with data tools: SQL, Big Query, Looker Data Studio, Tableau.
4. Strong finance acumen; experience in P&L analysis, financial modeling, unit economics, budgeting & forecasting, business impact analysis.
5. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to frame / structure problems & synthesize complex data into meaningful & actionable insights.
