Make an Impact by: Responsible for product performance and profitability for product line. Manage product cost structure, pricing strategy and P&L. Define and execute product roadmap, enhancement, lifecycle management, and drive go-to-market activities. Build business case, modelling and analysis to support new product development and customization of existing offer to meet business needs. Manage and optimise product cost structure and commercial model with customer and partners. Plan and define clear product positioning and proposition, new capabilities, benchmarking against competitor to ensure product is viable against market needs. Work with marketing and sales teams to craft value proposition and communicate product value proposition to the target market. Analyse requirement for submarine cable projects and make recommendation on cable investment decisions. Develop product policies and streamline processes. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure product requirements are well supported and integrated into IT systems. Skills for Success: Degree in Business or Engineering. Minimum 3 years of Product management/ Product marketing / Business development experience in Telecoms, service provider environment. Strong financial, data mining & analysis skill with high competency in MS excel, MS powerpoint & reports. Strong commercial acumen, communications and negotiation skills. Keen sense of technology developments, market trends, and strong understanding of telecom business.
