The HR Director will lead strategic and operational HR functions in a dynamic, multicultural, and compliance-driven environment. As a member of the executive team reporting to the CEO, this role will spearhead HR initiatives to drive the Company's growth by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and implementing effective HR policies and procedures. Aligning HR practices with the business objectives and spearheading Saudization initiatives, the HR Director will partner closely with executive leadership, department heads, and the Group HR Advisor to align human capital strategy with the operational needs and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Human Resources department functions.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the overall business goals, fostering a high-performance culture and optimizing talent across all levels.
  3. Work closely with the CEO and senior management to understand business priorities and provide HR insights to support business decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with the Group HR Advisor to ensure alignment on HR policies, programs, and best practices.
  5. Assist the Group HR Advisor in the HR initiatives identified post the HR Audit to ensure successful rollout and implementation.
  6. Periodically review the effectiveness of organizational structures, conducting ROI and Cost-Benefit Analyses, and proposing corrective actions as necessary.
  7. Elaborate HR strategies that will optimize the cost per head to ensure that the client remains competitive.
  8. Put in place the processes, training, and tools necessary to ensure that the right people are in the right place with the proper skill set while ensuring that the allocation of manpower is properly planned and tracked to increase productivity and reduce the idle workforce to a minimum.
  9. Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to support business growth and expansion, including talent pipelines for critical roles, in collaboration with the technical/operations teams.
  10. Lead the development of the recruitment plan, integrating workforce planning and hiring plans to support targets.
  11. Oversee recruitment and selection processes for diverse roles, ensuring a streamlined hiring process that attracts top talent and meets operational demands.
  12. Ensure compliance of recruitment with departmental budgets and legal regulations, including Saudization requirements.
  13. Ensure efficient recruitment and onboarding metrics through streamlined processes and smart solutions.
  14. Collaborate with vendors and overseas recruitment centers, ensuring timely and compliant onboarding of skilled labor to meet project needs.
