Male Pilates Instructor | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We're recruiting a passionate and experienced male Pilates Instructor for a Pilates Studio located in the heart of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Package:

• Tax-free basic monthly salary: up to US$ 3,500 (approximately 13,140 SAR)
• Commission/Bonus - 15% for PT classes up to 40 per month and 25% above the 40 classes per month

• Minimum 3 years experience
• Language: Fluent in English (required) and Arabic (optional)
• Qualifications: Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat, Reformer, Chair and/or Clinical Pilates); additional certifications in yoga are a plus.
• Experience: Proven track record of working in boutique or luxury fitness environments, with experience leading group and private classes.

• Lead and Inspire: Instruct engaging Pilates classes for groups and individuals, offering personalized corrections and encouragement.
• Tailored Programs: Design individualized exercise plans for members with specific goals or needs.
• Studio Readiness: Ensure the studio is well-maintained and fully equipped (reformers, mats, blocks, straps, etc.) before and after each session.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate safe and effective use of Pilates equipment, always ensuring correct form and technique.
• Flexibility & Posture Focus: Guide clients through stretching routines to improve posture, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.
• Member Engagement: Schedule classes, manage calendars, and communicate with members to enhance their experience.
• Observation & Support: Monitor members during sessions to correct form and prevent injury, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Dynamic Leadership: Lead both mat and reformer-based classes for various skill levels, fostering an inclusive and motivating atmosphere.
