The course delivery involves classroom training (theory) andworkshop practical. Responsibilities: 1. Review and upgrade course content periodically, if required. 2. Manage course delivery as per schedule, carryout assessment and follow up. 3. Assess the trainee’s knowledge and identify skill gaps. 4. Submit monthly report on training activities, trainees’ performance and utilization etc. to the management. 5. Devise initiatives and corrective actions to improve the quality of course delivered. 6. Plan and deliver a monitoring system to validate the course.Requirements
Minimum 2/3 years as technical trainer orlecturer in automobile domain Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma inMechanical/Automobile Industry certifications Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills Able to explain complex automobile theories in simple understandable manner to the trainees Well versed with Basic Automotive Theories and Functions of Components and Mechatronics Able to read, understand and interpret the written technical Information clearly Able to communicate and deliver course in English, Hindi or Bangla or other regional South Asian languages #J-18808-LjbffrApply safely
