Job Responsibilities

  1. Review architectural drawings in different design stages & check its competency with the project brief.
  2. Review & check client contracts technical data.
  3. Prepare & coordinate with all stakeholders for any documents required for project launching.
  4. Coordinate the permits process with the permit’s specialist & support with required documents.
  5. Document all project drawings & documents.
Skills:
  • Good knowledge in office & AutoCAD.
  • Good command in English language.
  • Understanding of real estate development principles.
  • Detail oriented.
Education: A Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering. Experience:
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a real estate company is preferable.
