Workshop Controller
Job details
- Distribute work to workshop technicians as per mentioned on Job cards and ensure that the repair is complete.
- Process and prepare repair invoices.
- Control workshop expenses and relations with suppliers.
- Responsible to manage and monitor workshop staff work utilization, efficiency, productivity, and their quality of work.
- Monitor workshop technician’s efficiency and ensure that the key performance indicators for each individual are recorded.
- Process and print out repair invoices after confirming with cashier, credit department, account, and warranty department.
- Monitor progress of repairs done by following up directly with the service teams.
- Coordinate with the Quality check section in charge to conduct final checks on the repaired vehicles before they can be released to branches.
- Monitor workflow and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency.
- Record and analyze timekeeping on all job cards.
- Maintain cleanliness in surroundings.
- Diploma or higher college certificate related to the field.
- Engineering membership (SCE) is preferred for Saudi nationality.
- Having a valid driving license.
- Open to relocate.
- Capability to work in a multinational environment.
- Experience in the same role for a minimum of 3 years, preferably in the same field.
- Good command of English and Arabic.
- Capacity to work under pressure.
- Product knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
