Job Description

We are currently seeking ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals to assist in organizing and directing a team that develops top-quality food & beverage products with prompt, accurate, and personalized service. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for managing your assigned restaurant to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting or exceeding financial goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Preparing schedules for all employees according to the forecast and within the limits of the staffing guide to ensure adequate manpower at all times.
  2. Conducting regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmental SOPs.
  3. Evaluating the performance of the assigned team and initiating internal development and promotions.
  4. Ensuring the timely setup of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet according to meal settings and in line with the opening hours.
  5. Handling the welcome and seating of arriving guests with the assistance of the Hostess.
  6. Maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with the outlet patrons.
  7. Establishing and updating the outlet's database of regular guests.
  8. Touring the outlet and all related areas frequently to ensure the highest possible cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  9. Being actively involved in the outlet's promotional activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education, Qualifications & Experience: You should be a college/university degree graduate with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. You must be computer literate with effective communication skills and an excellent command of written and spoken English, along with excellent presentation skills. Knowledge & Competencies: The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a solid food & beverage background and a passion for quality and excellence. You will be outgoing, creative, and eager to share your desire to achieve the highest quality service standards with guests and team members. You should possess the following competencies:
