Savile Lloyd Doha منذ أسبوع Commercial Director - Gulf Region Infrastructure Projects We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Director to lead major infrastructure projects in the Gulf region. This strategic role will involve developing and implementing commercial strategies, managing contracts, project controls, risk management, and other supported services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies for infrastructure projects.
- Lead and direct contracts, project controls, risk management, and other supported services.
- Manage the commercial team to ensure project objectives are met by establishing contracts and securing materials, equipment, and services on time and within budget.
- Produce Commercial Reports throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, construction management).
- Membership in a recognized International Professional Body.
- 15+ years of experience in commercial aspects of infrastructure projects, including highways, roads, bridges, tunneling, and utilities, with team management experience.
- Familiarity with international contracts (FIDIC, JCT, NEC).
- Proficient in MS Office and Project Management Software packages.
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
