As a Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Partner Referral Program. You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with partners, designing strategies to boost program engagement, and ensuring our partners are set up for success. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about collaboration, growth, and innovation in a fast-paced, global environment. Your Responsibilities:
  • Enhance Program Adoption: You will develop and implement strategies to continuously improve our Partner Referral Program, driving partner engagement and participation.
  • Onboard & Nurture Partners: You will identify new partners, onboard them efficiently, and nurture existing relationships to maximize referral potential and program reach.
  • Strategic Roadmap & Collaboration: You will set program priorities, establish quarterly focuses, and work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to align goals and build effective sales funnels.
  • Partner Training & Support: You will design structured training and onboarding programs, ensuring partners understand the benefits and details of the program. Serve as the main point of contact for partner inquiries.
  • Monitor & Optimize Performance: You will track program metrics, analyze performance, and implement improvements as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for enhancements.
  • Reporting & Campaign Coordination: You will prepare regular reports on program performance, and collaborate with marketing to design cross-channel referral campaigns that leverage partner audiences.
  • Foster Collaboration: You will promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability within the partner network to ensure mutual success.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
  • 5 years of experience managing partner referral programs or similar roles in partnerships and sales.
  • Strong understanding of partner acquisition and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and metrics reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and HR tool systems.
