Part time School's Relationship Manager - DohaESM is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated candidate for the position ofRelationship Managerto join our dynamic and friendly team who is poised for exponential growth.

You will be responsible for maximising revenue from all streams in the Facility Rental department and creating new opportunities for growth, managing relationships of the Facility Rental department stakeholders within allocated venues to ensure all users are considered and valued and be accountable for the revenue generated in allocated venues by coordinating all users to maximise utilization.

Package : Starting in the region between QAR 6,250 including all allowances

Key Objectives:

Build and maintain excellent relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders within allocated venues

Create a cohesive ecosystem to achieve and exceed revenue targets set by senior management

Manage and business develop FR programs at all venues

Be the core stakeholder of your ecosystem and ensure ALL users are considered and serviced to a high standard

Embrace & meet the standard operational and HSE targets as set by the senior management

Ensure all activities and programs adhere to the local laws, and rules and regulations of governing bodies

Set of Required Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours:

Desired Qualifications:

Degree in sports, business or similar qualification related to the field

Desired Experience:

Proven experience in schools, sports and enrichment fields

Proven experience in relationship management and customer service

Basic experience in administrative roles

Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:

High level of IT Skills including CRM systems

Customer service and driven to deliver excellent customer service

Sports background and general understanding of sports

Ability to develop relationships and strategic partnerships

Creative thinker and decision-making skills

Problem solving and conflict resolution

Time Management
