• Plan, execute, monitor, and close software development projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and product owners, to define project goals and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, clients, and the internal team.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices and quality standards.
• Leverage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
• Track project performance using Jira and report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project issues proactively while managing risks effectively.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes productivity and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 5-6 years overall, with at least 3 years of experience leading software development projects on cloud platforms.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Project Management: Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management using Jira.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges effectively. Leadership: Proven ability to motivate and lead teams, manage conflict, and drive project success. Certifications: PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications • Hands-on experience in software development or technical roles is highly desirable. • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and reporting. • Experience managing distributed or remote teams. • Exposure to AI/ML or data science projects on cloud platforms is a plus.
