Liability or Complex / Heavy Vehicle Claims Assessor Hello Claims provides a purpose-built and market-leading assess and repair solution. We are on the lookout for an exceptional Liability or Complex / Heavy Vehicle Claims Assessor with a background ideally in insurance and either vehicle mechanics or panel beating to join our busy team. This role can be located anywhere in Australia. The role in brief includes but is not limited to the following:
- Partner with customers, clients, repairers, and internal teams to manage assessments.
- Leverage best-in-class technology solutions to assess repairs and then prepare client reports.
- Partner with various specialists to drive enhancements to processes, technology, and customer/client outcomes.
- Trade Qualified – Panel Beater or Mechanic with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a liability/complex assessment role within Australia.

- Self-driven, able to work autonomously and prioritise effectively.
- Knowledge of the latest repair methodology or proven ability to quickly learn new technology, systems, and processes.
