Sales Business Development Representative (BDR) Location: Sydney Salary: AUD 60,000 - 80,000 Role Overview This is a full-time remote role as a Sales Business Development Representative (BDR) at Lupo Digital. Your main responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, initiating and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. Responsibilities
- Research, identify needs and challenges of prospects, and validate new leads.
- Use prospecting strategies for initial outreach to prospects.
- Collaborate with an assigned Account Executive or Sales Representative to develop and implement prospect strategies and plans.
- Conduct high-volume qualification calls (between 40 and 60 calls per day).
- Understand Lupo product and service offerings.
- Communicate Lupo's purpose and value to prospective customers.
- Determine the prospect's interest in Lupo products/services.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for internal sales representatives with prospects.
- Conduct needs assessment calls with specific prospects as assigned.
- Work with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure quality and quantity of discovery calls.
- Previous experience in a high volume and outbound sales role.
- Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales skills.
- Track record of high achievement and the desire to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection.
- Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical aptitude to master sales tools and processes.
- Experience using a CRM system like Hubspot.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and customer service is a plus.
- Strong interest in a long-term career in sales.
- Genuine curiosity about business and technology.
- Growth mindset and habit of seeking feedback.
- Confidence to prospect and engage with various job roles and executives.
- High performance in previous roles.
- Resilience in the face of rejection.
- 4-10 Good Quality meetings booked per month.
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Sales BDR.
- Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow.
- Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures.
- Interest in various industries and technologies.
- Track record of driving results and goal-oriented.
- Positive attitude and growth mindset.
- Empathetic and able to see situations from others' perspectives.
