Position Title: Clinical Nurse Consultant - Diabetes Educator (Cairns based with Outreach Travel to Southern Cape York Communities) Location: Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service, Thursday Island Remuneration: Comprising salary between $5,081.10 - $5,516.60 per fortnight Temporary Full Time position available up to 30 June 2025 (with possibility of extension)! The Diabetes Educator (Clinical Nurse Consultant) works collaboratively with the Director of Nursing at Southern Primary Health Care Centre's in development, delivery, and management of clinical services in remote Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service communities.
