The Project Officer will play a vital role in supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of programs and initiatives that ensure compliance with the new Aged Care Standards and Act. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders, coordinate project activities, and ensure timely delivery of key outcomes. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Quality, Care and Compliance Project Officer to assist in the implementation of the new Aged Care Standards and Act. Join our passionate team and make a meaningful impact in shaping the future of aged care. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead and support the implementation of projects aligned with the new Aged Care Standards and Act.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote understanding and compliance with the new standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of projects, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training and support to staff and stakeholders on the new standards and requirements.
- Relevant qualifications in project management, aged care, health, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in managing or supporting projects within the aged care or health sector.
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Standards and Act (or ability to quickly develop expertise in this area).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in report writing, data analysis, and project documentation.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
