Our client, a global leader in the technology industry, is seeking a talented Change Manager to join their growing team for an initial 6-month contract, with opportunity for extensions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully leading complex change initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to ensure the smooth adoption of new cyber security initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating change initiatives and addressing concerns.
- Conduct thorough assessments of organizational readiness and identify potential barriers to change.
- Develop and deliver targeted training and communication materials to empower employees and drive adoption.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, making necessary adjustments to ensure success.
- Proven experience in change management, preferably within a cyber security context.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
