Position: Community Business Development Lead As a Community Business Development Lead, you will be joining a team of highly skilled marketers responsible for creating engaging content to attract and retain customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with Space and Time’s online community in Asia in a way that builds brand awareness. For this position, it’s essential to be up to date with new Web3 technologies and marketing trends. Ultimately, you should be able to expand our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to foster and grow the Web3 community.
- Engage with community members across various platforms (like Discord, Telegram, X) to build strong relationships.
- Organize and participate in community events, AMAs, webinars, and other interactive sessions.
- Generate new ideas around community and platform engagement, including efforts related to the SxT Community Points system.
- Engage with the Space and Time community and stay up to date on industry trends.
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
- Assist in the development and management of influencer marketing strategy.
- Plan and execute community activations, campaigns, and promotional events to increase brand awareness and community growth.
- Track and analyze the success of activations and campaigns to continuously improve engagement strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing, development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of community activations with overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the blockchain and Web3 space.
- Educate and inform the community about relevant Web3 concepts and technologies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
- Curate and schedule original content across various social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Discord, Telegram, and Reddit, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by embodying Space and Time’s values and ethos in all online interactions and content creation efforts.
- Experience in social media, content marketing, community management, or ecosystem development. Previous professional or personal experience in the crypto/blockchain industry required.
- Proven work experience in marketing or community. Full-time, part-time, or internship experience acceptable.
- Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, trends, and communities.
- Strong online presence and engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to build a community, either personally or for other protocols.
- Strong communication skills (i.e., verbal, written).
- Proficient in English.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics preferred.
- Influencer marketing experience preferred.
- Project management skills and attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines with little oversight.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and can engage internal leaders/teams across functions and external stakeholders.
- The editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
