We are seeking a motivated and experienced Truck Driver (Must hold MC Licence) to join our team. As a vital member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely across various routes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Multi combination trucks safely and efficiently.
- Transport goods to various locations while adhering to traffic regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate logs of hours worked and distance travelled.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and compliance.
- Report any vehicle defects or incidents to management immediately.
- Ensure compliance with the Australian National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS) standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company.
- A must Multi Combination (MC) driver’s license.
- Induction must in Break Fatigue Management (BFM) System.
- Previous demonstrated experience driving trucks in a professional capacity.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and compliance.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work away from home for interstate runs.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
