Benefits Analyst (International) Location: Hybrid – Paddington, London (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) Contract: 12 months Start Date: Quick start available! Are you a benefits professional with a passion for designing and administering impactful employee programs? We’re looking for an experienced Benefits Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract and make an immediate impact. Reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards, this role will oversee the administration of International benefits programs, ensuring compliance, seamless vendor management, and exceptional employee communication. ✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer International benefits programs, including medical, dental, disability, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
- Respond to Tier 2 benefit inquiries, mentoring People Experience team members to enhance their communication and support capabilities.
- Collaborate with benefit consultants and vendors, ensuring smooth program implementation and efficient operations.
- Lead employee communication efforts, ensuring teams are well-informed of benefit offerings.
- Provide budgeting and financial analysis for benefits programs, ensuring timely vendor payments and accurate tracking of expenditures.
- Support company participation in benefits surveys and wellness recognition awards.
- Strong expertise in benefits program design, administration, and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent education/experience.
- Progressive experience in benefits administration and program management.
