Job Role: Social Media Manager – Video Content Specialist Location: Remote, with occasional travel to France, UK, or USA as required Reporting to: International Director of Sales Role Summary French Connections HCB is seeking a Social Media Manager with a strong focus on video content creation and strategy to enhance our online presence and engage our international audience. As the Video Content Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting engaging, high-quality video content that promotes our relocation services, showcases client success stories, and highlights the cultural and administrative aspects of moving to France. This role requires a creative, proactive individual with excellent knowledge of social media platforms, content marketing, and video editing tools. Key Responsibilities
- Video Content Creation : Plan, script, shoot, and edit compelling video content for use across social media platforms, YouTube, and the company website.
- Content Strategy : Develop and execute a video-first content strategy to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Social Media Management : Manage and grow the company’s presence on key platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) by posting regular video updates and engaging with the community.
- Client and Team Stories : Collaborate with clients and internal team members to produce video case studies, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content to highlight the company’s expertise and success.
- SEO and Performance Optimisation : Optimise video titles, descriptions, and thumbnails for YouTube and other platforms to maximise visibility and reach.
- Analytics and Reporting : Track video performance metrics (views, engagement, reach, and conversion rates) and provide regular reports to the Managing Director with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Brand Consistency : Ensure all video content aligns with the French Connections HCB brand identity, tone, and message.
- Trend Analysis : Stay updated on emerging trends in social media and video marketing to keep the company at the forefront of digital engagement.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team, design team, and external contractors to coordinate video projects and campaigns.
- Event Coverage : Create video content during client events, workshops, and the US Tour, including interviews and highlights.
- Proven Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, with a strong emphasis on video content creation.
- Technical Expertise : Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Creative Storytelling : Ability to craft compelling narratives that connect emotionally with the target audience.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge : Strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and video marketing best practices.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Multilingual Advantage : Fluency in English is required, with additional French proficiency highly desirable.
- Client-Focused : Experience in creating content for high-net-worth individuals or professionals is an advantage.
