Senior Account Manager (EMEA)– Full-Time – Remote. Heaven Media is a leading creative marketing agency that specializes in the video game & tech industries. We connect world-leading brands with new gaming & tech audiences globally. Heaven has more than two decades of experience delivering integrated marketing support for clients worldwide. The Role: This is a unique opportunity to work with a rising marketing agency with a focus on the gaming and technology industry. The job will require adaptability, a keen understanding of the Gaming industry, Gaming market and a knowledge of the PC & Console Technology landscape. The candidate will be expected to manage key accounts in line with industry best practices with a focus on account retention and growth. Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
- Understand clients' business objectives and develop strategic plans to achieve them through our services.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects and campaigns according to client needs and objectives.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project status, performance metrics, and upcoming opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Significant experience in an account management role, preferably within a marketing agency or related industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and demonstrating an ability to grow an account over time.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for the gaming and tech industry is desirable.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
