Role Overview Our client is seeking a talented UK Sales Manager to join their growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring a balance of office-based work near London and remote flexibility. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing strategies, building strong client relationships, and meeting ambitious targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with new and existing clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets in previous roles.
  • A proactive "hunter" mindset with strong skills in prospecting and lead generation.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Industry experience in e-commerce, logistics, or a related field is highly desirable.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
