Role Overview Our client is seeking a talented UK Sales Manager to join their growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring a balance of office-based work near London and remote flexibility. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing strategies, building strong client relationships, and meeting ambitious targets. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with new and existing clients.
- A proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets in previous roles.
- A proactive "hunter" mindset with strong skills in prospecting and lead generation.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Industry experience in e-commerce, logistics, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Experience in a sales management or leadership role.
- Expertise in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and achieving targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
