Head of Sales, Remote, £70,000 Company profile: Are you an established Head of Sales interested in driving a greener UK through home energy efficiency? How about shaping the sales strategy and vision of one of the UK’s fastest growing Energy efficiency assessment business? They’re already a market leader in the EPC Sector, however over the last 2 years has moved into the energy efficiency improvements business. Having already built a strong blue chip-client base (NatWest, Santander, Legal & General to name a few) and with substantial investments from their parent company they are looking at incredible growth over the next decade. This is an exciting chance for an established Sales Manager to drive the next stage of their growth, working for a business that is integral in driving energy efficiency in the residential sector, ultimately bringing our energy costs down, increasing the value of our homes and helping as we proceed to carbon zero. This is a work from home role but will require travel to client sites. Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and account management team (6 direct reports) and participate in the senior Strategy Board.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets, analysing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
- Drive business expansion in core markets (EPCs) and emerging sectors, while fostering relationships with key prospects and clients.
- Oversee account performance, ensure client satisfaction, and resolve concerns to maintain and grow recurring revenue streams.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring collaboration across departments and tracking sales performance through KPIs.
- Experience managing a sales function with a multimillion-pound revenue.
- Strong experience building new business.
- Strong understanding of the residential energy efficiency sector.
- Salary up to £70,000.
