Allianz Technology is currently seeking a Compliance Officer to support our Australian Head of Operations and drive and deliver against our local procurement strategy and support Group procurement requirements. About the role
- Implement the Allianz Technology Group Compliance Management System and manage compliance risk identification and assessment.
- Monitor compliance with external/internal requirements and provide early warnings for legal changes.
- Develop and execute the annual Compliance Plan, conduct investigations, and maintain reporting tools (CIMT & CCMT).
- Support compliance reviews, conduct spot checks, control testing, and participate in global compliance projects.
- Over 5 years of professional experience, with a focus on compliance, risk analysis, and controls frameworks; project management skills are beneficial.
- Strong understanding of process and control design, re-engineering principles, and business impact awareness for compliance and corporate governance.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex compliance issues to diverse audiences, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Demonstrated teamwork, intercultural experience, and the ability to maintain independence and integrity, with strong analytical, conflict management, and presentation skills.
