About the Role As an Assistant Development Manager , you’ll work closely with Senior Development Managers to deliver projects that meet cash flow and profit benchmarks. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to projects that directly improve the lives of residents in our communities. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project delivery across financial performance, contract management, and approvals.
• Support budgeting, reporting, risk assessment, and cash flow management.
• Award and administer contracts to ensure timely and effective delivery.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.

What You’ll Bring:

• Relevant experience in property development or a related field, supported by a degree.
• Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to build effective relationships.
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to manage risks and opportunities effectively.
