- NT Gaming Machine Manager's Licence (current or ability to obtain).
- Current RSA and RSG certifications, with hands-on experience in TAB and Keno operations.
- Proficiency in gaming cash reconciliation, including Wildcat and CRT systems.
- Demonstrated experience in opening and closing venues.
- Strong skills in staff management and training.
- Solid understanding of Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulations.
- Bottle shop experience is highly desirable.
- Stock management, including ordering and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Creating eye-catching displays and driving promotions.
- Forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Conducting monthly stocktakes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaising with industry representatives to ensure smooth operations.
- Experience with SwiftPOS is advantageous.
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Current RSA and RSG certifications (required for bar roles).
- Previous experience in bar or bottle shop environments.
