This role will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive conversions. Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
• Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
• Email Marketing: Create and distribute email campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies for better engagement.
• SEO and SEM: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and assist in managing paid search campaigns.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and product development, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
