Key Responsibilities:
- Sales strategy: Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans and forecasts
- Team management: Leading and motivating a team of sales managers
- Customer relations: Building and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, and other companies
- Market research: Identifying property trends and new market opportunities
- Sales analysis: Tracking, collating, and interpreting sales figures
- Budgeting: Controlling expenses and monitoring budgets
- Training: Planning and directing sales team training
- Communication: Communicating with clients and agents locally and globally
- Industry trends: Keeping abreast of industry trends, market, and competitors' activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience with Real Estate Project Sales of at least 2-3 years in a head or director position
- Experience with sales to overseas Pakistanis
- Experience with setting up events and roadshows
