Must Haves: ● 6+ years of experience in the field of software development ● Proficiency in GoLang/Python, with bias towards TDD ● Good understanding of Datastores: RDBMS/ NoSQL ● Experience working with Public Cloud providers like AWS, GCP, Azure. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes. ● Excellent communication skills (English), verbal and written Good to have: ● Experience working with Caching, Message Queues ● Experience mentoring juniors, ability to break down problem statement into smaller tasks for individuals to work on ● Hands on experience with other programming languages ● Understanding of DevOps tools and practices
