Designations : Consultant & Assistant Manager Location: Gurgaon Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP GRC Process Control (PC) Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP GRC PC implementation and a strong background in governance, risk, and compliance processes. Responsibilities: · Lead and manage SAP GRC Process Control implementation projects from planning to go-live and support. · Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes and compliance needs. · Design and configure SAP GRC PC modules to meet client requirements. · Develop functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms. · Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. · Provide training and support to end-users. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. · Identify and resolve issues related to SAP GRC PC modules. · Prepare project documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals. · Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. · Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP GRC Process Control implementation. · Proven experience in at least two full lifecycle SAP GRC PC implementation projects. · Strong knowledge of SAP GRC PC modules and their integration with other SAP modules. · Excellent understanding of governance, risk, and compliance processes. · SAP GRC Process Control certification is preferred. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Willingness to travel to client sites as required. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience working with clients in various industries. · Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (SAP GRC Access Control, SAP GRC Risk Management). · Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA. · Project management experience or certification (PMP, PRINCE2).
