This role involves data research, analysis, and preparation of BPO reports, focusing on the real estate values necessary for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling data, possesses strong analytical skills, and can communicate effectively, all within a non-technical framework. Responsibilities:

• Conduct non-technical research and gather from various sources relevant to real estate properties.
• Analyze data to determine property values and create detailed and accurate BPO reports.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure data accuracy and report integrity.
• Address and respond to client inquiries regarding report details or findings.
• Adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in all deliverables.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Working Conditions:

• This is a hybrid role requiring a combination of in-office and remote work.
• The position involves working in rotational shifts, including nights, and may require flexibility to work on weekends.
