Generative AI Engineer

Job Title : Generative AI Engineer Location : Pune, India [Remote] Job Type : Full-Time Contract (Paid) We are seeking a talented Generative AI Engineer to join our team. You will work on developing and optimizing advanced generative models across multiple domains, including natural language processing (NLP) , large language models (LLMs) , image generation , and vision models . This role will focus on creating AI-driven solutions, leveraging state-of-the-art techniques and integrating them into production-ready systems. You’ll also work with vector stores for embedding management and retrieval, enhancing the efficiency and scalability of AI applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models, including LLMs , vision models , and image generation models , for a variety of applications such as text generation, image creation, and content enhancement.
• Apply NLP techniques to build models for tasks such as sentiment analysis, text summarization, and content generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into products and services that solve real-world challenges in areas like content generation, image processing, and automation.
• Implement and optimize vector stores for efficient retrieval and management of embeddings, supporting large-scale AI applications.
• Develop pipelines to preprocess, train, and optimize models on large datasets, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in generative AI, deep learning , image generation techniques , and other AI methods, applying them to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Fine-tune and deploy models to meet the performance and scalability requirements for real-time production environments.
• Test, validate, and iterate on AI models based on user feedback, performance metrics, and evolving datasets.

• Proven experience as a Generative AI Engineer , Machine Learning Engineer , or a similar role working on LLMs , image generation models , vision models , or NLP .
• Proficiency in AI techniques, including deep learning , transformer architectures , and reinforcement learning .
• Strong experience with natural language processing (NLP) models and frameworks, with applications in text generation, summarization, or translation.
• Expertise in image generation techniques such as GANs, VAEs, or diffusion models, with applications in creative image synthesis, style transfer, or related tasks.
• Familiarity with vector stores for managing and retrieving embeddings in AI-driven applications.
• Strong programming skills and proficiency with AI frameworks and libraries commonly used in machine learning and deep learning model development.

• Experience deploying LLMs , vision models , and image generation models in production, optimizing for real-world performance and scalability.
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) methods for integrating LLMs with external datasets.
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems for large-scale model training, testing, and deployment.
• Research experience or contributions to the AI community through publications, open-source projects, or conference presentations.
