About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Service Operations Director to lead and oversee the service operations in Gain City Logistics. He/She shall ensure timely and accurate responds to feedback and take an active role in resolving any issues. You may also be involved in sales, transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods. Responsibilities: Develop and implement service and logistics strategies that align with our business goals and customer needs Lead and manage high-performing teams across service operations, logistics, and transportation Foster a culture of customer-centricity, continuous improvement, and operational excellence Drive process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost savings across the service and logistics value chain Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution and alignment Analyse key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies Review workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and responsiveness Establish performance metrics for customer representatives Establish service level and requirements for the department Develop and implement methods to record, assess, and analyse customer feedback Requirements: Minimum a bachelor's degree in Logistics and/or Supply Chain or equivalent Has at least 10 years of management and customer service experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
