Account Manager [After Sales Service] Salary: $2800 - 3300 + $750 Transport Allowance Working Days: 5 days , 8– 5.15pm Location: Boon Lay Job Description Overview for the role: Provide back-end operational support, assist the Account Manager in managing/maintaining customer relationships; daily schedules of technicians; follow up with necessary logistics and procurement; and conduct product training for technicians and Customers. Operational Support: Coordinates, prioritizes, and resolves issues encountered by the team. Optimizes the usage of manpower, standard time, equipment, and energy of the team. Customer Relationship Management: Escalates critical/complex issues that will impact the business and manage quality issues. Contacts customers & Dealers/Distributors, collects feedback, and establishes and maintains good relationships with customers, Dealers/Distributors. Responds to key customer complaints and carries out customer satisfaction investigations to ensure establishment of appropriate improvement plans. Financial Oversight: Forecast, monitor, and document financial performance against plan. Manage end-to-end aftersales service delivery and account receivable through Microsoft Business Central. Team Management: Recruit, interview, hire and train technicians as required to meet workload demands and company or customer expectations and requirements. Manage a team of service technicians direct reports and a few in-house subcontractors. Logistics and Procurement: Manage parts, materials, and tools procurement, and logistics scheduled maintenance, repairs, and emergency service calls. Engage in end-to-end process with subcontractors, from quotations comparison to site deliverables to invoice. Contract Management: Responsible for contract renewals and simple repair quotations process. Health, Safety, and Compliance: Drive EH&S initiatives, create EHS awareness and monitor compliance. Performance Metrics: Responsible for KPIs such as productivity, field expenses, Aftermarket Service Sales revenue/margins. Job Requirement: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience. Min 3 Years of experience in a similar supervisory role within Aftermarket Service Industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central or similar tools. Understanding of EH&S standards and practices is a plus for the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
