We invite high-calibre candidates to fill the following position in Singapore: Site Manager(s) with Data Center Experience (CSA and/or MEP work) Job Descriptions: Monitor and review master construction programme. Monitor and supervise Engineers/foreman, ensuring compliance with quality procedures & standards of workmanship. Check on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors. Prepare detailed programme for site team to follow and complete on time. Resolve drawing discrepancies and technical difficulties with the technical team. Prepare detailed method statements and work instructions for construction. Coordinate between Private Client / sub-contractors / inter-departments and monitor site manpower and resources to meet schedules. Liaise with the Design team on the submission of related CSA & MEP works and technical issues. Plan all works on site, including programme schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material, and manpower requirements. Promote and enforce a safe working environment. Job Requirements: Degree/Diploma (preferred but not essential) in Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 10 years of relevant CSA & MEP project management experience, including RC works and Building works, with experience in Data Center projects and 5 years in Site / Construction Manager roles.
