Webflow Developer

We are seeking a skilled Webflow developer to join our team at 16px, a leading Webflow development agency based in India. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about web design and development, particularly using the Webflow platform. The initial role is part-time, requiring approximately 20 hours per week, with potential for extension to full-time (40 hours per week) later in the year. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality websites using Webflow.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing web solutions.
• Ensure that all developed sites are responsive, efficient, and cross-browser compatible.
• Maintain and update existing websites as per client needs.
• Assist in the creation of documentation and support materials for projects.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional experience working with Webflow.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript.
• Excellent spoken English skills to effectively communicate with international clients.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently.
• Availability to work during UK/US work hours.
• Able to join by Jan 13, 2025.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Webflow, with a strong understanding of its design and development capabilities.
• Basic understanding of WordPress, including theme customization and plugin usage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
