Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients, with a focus on e-commerce, SaaS, and B2B sectors.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Develop relationships with agencies in other countries for collaborative partnerships.
- Pitch our unique value proposition to international prospects.
- Process Automation:
- Streamline and automate onboarding processes to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Implement automation tools to improve outreach strategies and track lead conversions.
- Sales Strategy:
- Create and execute business development strategies tailored to our services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Account Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, performance, and social media) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic negotiations and deal closures.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report sales performance metrics, including revenue, lead conversions, and retention rates.
- Provide insights and feedback to refine our sales and marketing strategies.
- Experience: 3+ years in business development, sales, or client acquisition within a marketing/digital agency.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing high-value clients.
- Skills: Strong understanding of performance marketing, social media management, SEO, and UGC.
- Experience with process automation tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and the ability to create tailored proposals and pitch decks for prospects.
