Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Handle accurate documentation and collect feedbacks / recommendations from customers. Ensuring excellent service is delivered to customers. What We’re Looking For: Possess at least a Diploma in any field. 1 year of experience in customer service, financial services, or related fields such as stocks, bonds, or futures is a plus. Good Understanding towards Prop Trading and Crypto Industry. Good command in BOTH English and Mandarin. Willing to work flexibly and shift arrangement.
