YOUR MISSION
Reporting to the VP Marketing, you'll be in charge of building a badass social media team, planning the social media strategy, creating innovative concepts and developing David Laroche's and Paradox's social media presence. To do so, here are your 6 responsibilities:- Win two YouTube distinct battles: David Laroche & Paradox
- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of YouTube to create and deliver groundbreaking content ideas.
- Direct and empower partnerships with agencies and video editors.
- Own and drive the editorial calendar with precision and creativity.
- Innovate and deliver scroll-stopping thumbnails.
- Craft impactful shorts using basic editing skills or AI tools.
- Recruit a passionate writer and researcher.
- Create hype on David Laroche's Instagram account and develop Paradox's Instagram
- Deliver outstanding content by owning the creation process.
- Curate and repurpose key video content into innovative formats.
- Craft a forward-thinking editorial calendar.
- Implement robust iteration & testing protocols.
- Foster meaningful connections with subscribers and partners.
- Elevate our community engagement to unprecedented levels
- Design and implement forward-thinking content strategies.
- Play with new trends and keep up to date with the news.
- Systemize excellence
- Delve into analytics to extract actionable insights.
- Relentlessly seek and test high-performing content formats.
- Craft a seamless process for optimizing and redistributing top content.

DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Excellent interpersonal skills: To engage with followers and build strong relationships.
