MCC Singapore is the main contractor for Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) Waterfront Development Project, Universal Studios Singapore, and Mandai Rainforest Park. The 3D Designer will work with MSPACO, Interior Design Department on MCC Singapore on design and design & build projects across Singapore and Asia Pacific and support the growth of our interior design capability. The 3D Designer will be responsible for all conventional aspects of creative visualization, design concepts, technical design, and the design & build of a project. Plans and conducts materials selection and documentation of standard design fit-out and procedures on a project. Key Responsibilities Create visualized design concepts through computer-rendered images for internal design processes and client presentations. Work with MSPACO to help grow the interior design business as an enabler for growth in our design capability in Singapore. 3D Visualization, 3D Rendering, 3D Animation, 3D Studio Max, Project Management, Rendering, Residential Design, design concept, Architectural Drafting, Client Presentation, AutoCAD, Team Player, Tender Management, Tendering, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop. Carry out work plans for each project, managing creative and technical design delivery. Day-to-day responsibility for developing design concepts based on programming requirements and budget parameters, and coordinating project documentation. Preparing construction and furniture drawings and specifications. Review and/or develop specifications. Lead by example and model behavior consistent with the company's values. Perform other related duties as required. Required Knowledge & Skills Relevant experience in design roles within reputable design firms. Experience with workplace interiors. Experience with FF&E. Experience with interior design specifications. Relevant Design and build project experience. Experience with Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and Adobe Suite. Proficiency in 3D Studio Max is advantageous. Qualification, Education & Experience Relevant Diploma or degree in Interior Design/Architecture, or equivalent. At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Proficiency in coohom (Kujiale) is excellent. Proficient in Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, & AutoCAD. Good design sense, creativity, and basic detailing skills. Flair for creativity and a keen eye for detail. A proactive and conscientious team player. #J-18808-Ljbffr
