Maintenance Engineer | Location: Tuas Working Days: 5 days (Mon-Fri) Working hours: 7:30am to 5:15pm Salary Range: $3k - 4k Job Responsibilities Monitor the machines and company equipment's operational performance and condition. Conduct preventive maintenance on machines and company equipment as per schedule. Review and update all existing machine maintenance documents. Prepare and design spare parts for machines and company equipment. Report any unsafe conditions and practices to the Production Manager. Assist the production and purchasing department in manufacturing/purchasing spare parts. Monitor spare parts stock levels and raise purchase orders. Manage, delegate, and train the maintenance group. Involve in the implementation and continuous maintenance of the HSE Management System. Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Manager. Accountable Meeting department quality objectives. Ensuring maximized machine uptime. Ensuring planned preventive maintenance is carried out effectively to minimize machine downtime. Ensuring sustainable continuous improvement initiatives are carried out on machines, equipment, and facilities. Job Requirements Skill Requirements Knowledge of precision machining machinery, equipment, and facilities. Knowledge of repair and maintenance on machinery and equipment. Knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety. Education, Experience & Training Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering. 5 years of experience in machine repair and maintenance.
