Job Description You will be supporting the Investment team of CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited (CLARML) and report to Head, Investment of CLARML. Responsibilities Support business development efforts for real estate investment and development opportunities Assist in preparation of investment proposals and deal execution process including due diligence, structuring, negotiating, legal documentation, etc. Carry out financial modelling and feasibility studies for investments Assist in analysing investment performance at asset level and at portfolio level Conduct market research and maintain market database to keep abreast of updated information and new trends Requirements Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or equivalent Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Analytical, resourceful and good communication skills Strong in financial modelling and investment feasibility studies Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Industry knowledge and/or CFA qualification will be an added advantage Benefits Flexible benefits with comprehensive medical coverage for self and family Training and development opportunities Subsidised rates at Ascott serviced residences Strong advocate of staff volunteerism Wellness programmes Closing Statement: At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
