We're excited to be working with this leading design consultancy to help them hire a Visual Designer. You'll be working across a mix of projects - branding, UX/UI and visual design. This small but mighty company works with MNCs, SMEs, micro-businesses and government agencies. Some of their clients include well-known names, such as Grand Hyatt, Abbot, Accenture, NUS and MOE. You'll be reporting directly to the Founder of the company (although they have a fairly flat structure) and you'll be given the opportunity to mentor/manage a Junior Designer. What you'll be doing: Developing creative and design assets, in line with client's needs and brand standards Managing the team's workflow across multiple projects Working with the team on UX/UI projects Preparing pitches and proposals Providing guidance and mentorship to Junior Designers What you bring: At least 4 years of relevant design experience Experience with branding, visual/graphics and UX/UI design (with video as a bonus) Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and Figma Ideally some experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro An understanding of how design impacts business Excited by the idea of working with a smaller team (with a fairly flat structure)#J-18808-Ljbffr
