Job summary: Seeking an experienced valuation professional with expertise in property valuation methodologies and a comprehensive understanding of the UK and/or Australian property markets. Adept at coordinating with Front Office teams and valuation panels to conduct desktop and formal property valuations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and quality of valuation reports. Skilled in addressing comments and resolving issues raised by internal stakeholders or valuers, while maintaining high standards of credit administration. Salary: Up to $7000 Location: Changi Biz Park Contract Duration: 1 Year Job Function: Liaise with Front Office and instructing panel valuers (UK/AU) to conduct desktop/formal valuations and issue valuation reports. Review valuation reports for completeness, accuracy, and quality. Address comments/issues raised with internal stakeholders and valuers. Attend to emails received through the team’s Functional Mailbox and assist with credit administration. Assess valuers' performance and provide feedback to the Policy team. Accountability: Deliver quality services to business units by adopting a systematic and consistent approach in line with the Bank’s credit policies and procedures. Achieve and adhere to specified performance standards in turnaround time and accuracy. Pre-requisite: Prior working experience in valuation firms and familiarity with property valuation methodologies. Knowledge of the UK or Australian property market is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
