Soft-Service Assistant Manager - preferable Bahraini

A leading Developer & Property Management Company in The Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ an Assistant Manager for Soft Services. Experience: 8 – 12 years minimum in a relevant or similar position from a real estate developer's background only. Job Knowledge:
- Master in facilitating the cleaning and housekeeping operations of high-rise buildings, hotels, and residential towers.
- Ability to handle an operations team of 40 – 50 staff members, with proper schedules and assigned checklists.
- Regular communication with staff, sharing knowledge and training them in required areas periodically.
- Professional in handling resident and other complaints promptly.
- Ability to estimate staff requirements and review staff performance periodically.
- Maintain cleaning supplies store and stock records with in/out gate pass details, estimating stock requirements for the upcoming month.
- Maintain cleaning and housekeeping standards, keeping industry higher standards as a benchmark.
- Conduct short trainings, daily briefings, and evaluate the quality of appearance and grooming of staff.
- Analyze new market trends and update management for strategy adjustments within a reliable budget.
- Cooperative, smart, and pleasing approach, with a belief in teamwork.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; skilled in drafting professional emails.
- Experience with ERP/SAP software platforms is an added advantage.
- A GCC/Bahrain driving license is mandatory.
