You will be leading the design of a suite of communications and collaboration tools within the organisation. You must have a good understanding of IT systems, and in-depth knowledge of the latest digital workplace technologies and platforms. Responsibilities Design, build and implement platforms and tools for messaging and collaboration to enable seamless communication and knowledge sharing across the organisation. Review and identify areas for improvement through automation to optimize the messaging and collaboration platforms in order to ensure performance, scalability and resiliency. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security and compliance of the platforms and tools are in accordance with company policies and regulations. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and conduct workshops to increase adoption and proficiency of digital workplace tools among users. Requirements (Minimum Qualifications) Degree in Computer Science or Electronic/Electrical Engineering, with 5-6 years of relevant working experience. Familiar with digital workplace technologies such as Mattermost, MS Teams/Skype and live-streaming platforms. Software experience, with skills in scripting & programming languages like Python, PowerShell/Linux shell scripts, etc. Knowledge in IT Infrastructure (i.e. IT Networks, Client and Communications). Experience with build automation tools like Git CI/CD, Kubernetes & Docker. Good analytical skills in problem-solving and recommending areas of improvement. Nice-to-haves Knowledge in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Experience with search and analytics engines such as Elasticsearch & Kibana.
